At 7 a.m. the wind chill -36.In Worcester, Massachusetts, about 50 miles west of Boston, the wind chill reached -44 this morning.Wind chills in this cold can bring on frostbite in 10 minutes, according to the National Weather Service, so outdoor exposure should be limited.
