Celtic’s Female Team Sign Anne Rudmose

The Hoops have signed Anne Rudmose, the girlfriend of first-team defender Erik Sviatchenko.Sviatchenko arrived in Glasgow from FC Midtjylland in January for a fee of around £1.5 million, and now his better half has followed suit, and will also be pulling on thegreen and white jersey every weekend.Anne previously played for Swedish side Viborg FF’s women’s team – and represented Denmark at the women’s under-17 World Cup in 2008.However, fans will have to wait a while before seeing her in action for the Ghirls, with Anne’s move tobe completed in June, after the birth of the couple’s first child.Erik and Anne posed together at the club’s Lennoxtown training base this afternoon, and looked absolutely delighted with to announce the news, and as they told the club’s official twitter feed, there will be no more arguments about football at home now they play for the same team:AS: "It’s wonderful to move together here and both of us play for the club."— Celtic Football Club (@celticfc)February 23, 2016ES: "Anne's career of football has been parallel with mine.
