Chelsea have offeredWillian a contract worth £120,000-a-week to ward off anypotential interest from Europe's leading clubs,The Brazilian hasbeen one of few Chelsea players to come out of the current campaign with an enhanced reputation. While the likes of JohnTerry, Eden Hazard and Diego Costa have, at times, flattered to deceive, Willian has been a consistently high performer.And, as a result, Chelsea are automatically fearing that they willlose the attacking midfielder inthe summer transfer window. TheBlues look set to miss out on Champions League football for the first timein the Roman Abramovich era and are already bracing themselves for transfer bids.Diego Costa,Thibaut Courtois andEden Hazardare all likely to generate significant interest from Europe's elite clubs, but while Chelsea are open to the idea of cashing in on one of their major stars, they are determined to keep hold of the industrious Willian.Hazard will have four years left on his contract in the summer while Costa and Courtoiswill both have three, respectively.As a result, Chelsea are confident of getting market valuefor each of them, but it is a differentstory with Willian.
